“Hua Niu” apple is cone shape; the surface is full red or dark red and the color is gorgeous bright, showing red in piece or strip; the fruit pigmentation percentage is 90%—100%; the outward appearance is neat, glossy, bright and clean, showing elegance and without obvious pointedness. The fruit shape index is 0.9—1.0. In off white, the fruit pulp is fine,  rich juice, uniqueflavour, full aroma, palatable and high quality.
